RETURNS
We always do our best to deliver artwork to you that we hope you’ll love but, should you change your mind or are not satisfied, you have xx days to return your item(s) for a full refund or replacement.
If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a full refund within 5 working days of receiving the artwork. Please notify us via email before returning the goods with the reason for return. Once the artwork has been safely returned, undamaged, we will refund you. Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or credit notes for commissions, originals or items that have been tailor-made to personal requirements.
Orders delivered outside the UK may be subject to local import duties or taxes. Please note these additional costs are outside of our control and are payable by the customer to the local organisation concerned. We accept no liability for failure to comply with any local laws or regulations.
If there is any damage to your order when it arrives, please notify us via email or phone within 24 hours to discuss your options.
Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
